Our expertise is in the production of live high titer virus, but we will also inactivate virus according to your needs.
Live Viruses can be titrated using TCID50 and Plaque assay. Antigen concentration can be determined by a variety of immunostaining techniques.
Viruses can be purified by ion exchange chromatography or density gradient ultracentrifugation. Virus material is supplied with a certificate of analysis including analytical testing results.
